OUR SERVICES
Perth Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services across the greater Perth metropolitan area, including but not limited to house cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, end of lease cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, and specialty cleaning services such as oven, BBQ, fridge, tile, and mattress cleaning. QUOTES AND PRICING
- All quotes provided by Perth Cleaning are based on the information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry, including property size, condition, and specific requirements.
- Quotes are provided in good faith but may be adjusted if the property’s actual condition differs significantly from what was described, or if additional services are requested on the day.
- Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you before additional work is carried out.
- Payment terms, including accepted payment methods and due dates, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
BOOKINGS AND SCHEDULING
- Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website contact form.
- We will confirm your booking, including the date, time, and scope of service, prior to the scheduled appointment.
- We ask that clients provide reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Delays caused by lack of access may incur additional charges or require rescheduling.
- While we make every effort to arrive within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or prior job overruns may occasionally cause minor delays. We will communicate any such delays as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- We understand that plans can change. We ask that clients provide as much notice as possible if a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
- Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee, as this affects our ability to schedule other clients in that time slot.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may affect future booking priority.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To help us deliver the best possible service, clients are asked to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and the scope of work required
- Secure or remove any items of significant sentimental, financial, or fragile value prior to the clean, where practical
- Disclose any known hazards, pests, or safety concerns at the property in advance
- Ensure pets are appropriately managed during the cleaning visit for the safety of both the pet and our cleaning staff
- Provide reasonable access to water and electricity where required for the service
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Perth Cleaning is committed to delivering high-quality results on every job. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the completed clean, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 24 to 48 hours) so we can assess the concern and arrange a resolution, which may include a re-clean of the affected area. This guarantee applies to genuine service quality concerns and does not extend to pre-existing property conditions, wear and tear, or damage unrelated to the cleaning service provided.
LIABILITY
- Perth Cleaning carries appropriate insurance and takes reasonable care when working in and around client properties.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects present in the property prior to our service.
- In the unlikely event that damage occurs directly as a result of our team’s negligence during a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible so the matter can be investigated and addressed appropriately.
- Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
END OF LEASE CLEANING DISCLAIMER
While our end of lease cleaning service is designed to meet standard real estate and property manager expectations, Perth Cleaning cannot guarantee bond refunds, as this decision rests solely with the landlord, property manager, or relevant tribunal. We are happy to address any specific concerns raised during a final inspection within a reasonable timeframe following the service.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our team follows appropriate health and safety practices during every job. We ask clients to inform us of any specific safety concerns, hazardous materials, or access issues at the property prior to the scheduled service, to ensure the safety of both our staff and your property.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
With client consent, we may occasionally take before-and-after photographs of completed work for use in our marketing materials or website. No identifying personal information will be included without your explicit permission, and you may decline this at any time without affecting your service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Perth Cleaning website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Perth Cleaning and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
